Perfect for smaller to mid-size weddings needing light coordination. We manage your timeline, oversee vendors, assist with ceremony and reception flow, and ensure your layout is executed smoothly — up to 10 hours of wedding day management.
Includes everything in The Signature Day, with added planning support leading up to your wedding. We serve as your vendors’ main point of contact, review contracts, and provide hands-on planning assistance to ensure every detail is organized and aligned before the big day. Up to 10 hours of wedding day coordination.
Includes Signature Day and Peace of Mind, plus breakdown services for up to 200 guests and a complimentary backdrop rental. This package ensures not only a smooth wedding day execution, but also an organized and stress-free closing of your event.
Breakdown Packages
A light cleanup option designed for smaller weddings. We handle ceremony breakdown, floral redistribution, collecting gifts, clearing tables, and organizing décor items so your night ends smoothly and efficiently.
Full breakdown and venue reset service. We pack, load, coordinate rental pickups, clear décor, organize personal items, and ensure everything is properly transported.
