Let us take the reins so you can be fully present on your wedding day. This package includes several virtual planning meetings leading up to your wedding, one in-person venue walkthrough/site tour, a personalized wedding timeline and venue layout, vendor communication and final confirmations beginning 3–4 weeks before the event, complete ceremony and reception management, light décor assistance, and up to 10 hours of on-site coordination on your wedding day. Minimal setup of pre-approved décor is included. Full décor installation and end-of-night teardown are not included but are available in our next Peace of Mind Package

This package is ideal for couples who want to enjoy their day while we handle the logistics from setup through the end of the celebration.

This package includes in-person or virtual planning meetings, an in-person venue walkthrough/site tour, a personalized wedding timeline and venue layout, extended vendor communication and coordination throughout the planning process, vendor confirmations in the final 3–4 weeks, complete ceremony and reception management, full décor setup and end-of-night breakdown, and up to 12 hours of on-site coordination on your wedding day.
In addition, we'll provide additional planning meetings, curated vendor recommendations tailored to your style and budget, design assistance to help create a cohesive wedding aesthetic, ongoing planning guidance, and proactive support to keep everything organized and on schedule. This package is ideal for couples who want to stay involved in planning while having an experienced professional manage the details, vendors, and logistics along the way.

Everything included in the Partial Planning Package, with the highest level of planning, design, and coordination from start to finish. This package is designed for couples who want a seamless, stress-free planning experience while we manage every detail behind the scenes.
In addition to everything included in Partial Planning, we provide full vendor communication and management, handling as much (or as little) communication with your vendors as you'd like. We oversee the administrative side of wedding planning, including scheduling, logistics, tracking deadlines, confirmations, contract organization, and overall planning management. You'll also receive comprehensive wedding design services, where we'll develop a cohesive design concept, assist with décor selections and rentals, create visual mock-ups and layouts, and ensure every design element comes together beautifully.
This package includes ongoing planning support, unlimited guidance throughout the planning process, complete wedding day management, full décor setup and breakdown, and up to 12 hours of on-site coordination, allowing you to simply enjoy your engagement while we take care of the details.

Design & Décor Services
Perfect for couples who have their planning under control but want a professional team to transform their vision into reality. Our Design & Décor Services are focused solely on creating and installing your event design, allowing you to enjoy the day without worrying about setup logistics.
Services may include:
Tablescape styling and installation
Draping installation
Minimal floral design and arrangements
Backdrop and focal installation
Rental styling and setup
Miscellaneous décor installations
Room flips between ceremony and reception (available as an add-on or included based on your proposal)
Whether you're using your own décor, renting from our inventory, or combining both, our team will professionally install your design according to the finalized layout and design plan.
Important Notes
Client-owned décor and rentals must be organized, assembled, and ready for placement prior to our arrival unless otherwise agreed upon.
If using rental items from another company that are used for food or beverages (such as charger plates, glassware, serving pieces, or similar items), they must be scraped clean and/or rinsed before our team returns for breakdown. Jireh Events does not wash dishes or re-rack food service items.
Jireh Events is not responsible for the pickup, return, or transportation of rentals from other rental companies unless specifically contracted as an additional service.

Ceremony Day Only – Professional officiant services for your wedding ceremony.
Ceremony + Rehearsal – Includes attendance at your rehearsal to guide the processional, answer questions, and ensure everyone feels confident before the big day.
Each ceremony is thoughtfully prepared to reflect your relationship, values, and vision. Whether you prefer a traditional, modern, religious, or customized ceremony, we'll work with you to create a meaningful and memorable experience.

Once you've officially booked with Jireh Events, you'll receive direct access to my personal cell phone and email for seamless communication throughout the planning process. From there, we're just a call, text, or email away whenever you need us.

1. Submit an Inquiry
Complete the inquiry form on our website and tell us a little about your wedding day, your vision, and the services you're interested in.
2. Consultation
If we're available for your wedding date, we'll schedule a consultation to get to know each other, discuss your plans in more detail, answer any questions, and determine which services are the best fit for your celebration.
3. Custom Proposal
After our consultation, we'll send you a personalized proposal outlining the services we've discussed, along with transparent pricing and any recommended add-ons.
4. Secure Your Date
When you're ready to move forward, we'll send over your service agreement and invoice. A 20% non-refundable retainer and signed contract are required to officially reserve your wedding date. Dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be held without both.
5. Let's Start Planning!
Once you're officially a Jireh Events client, you'll receive access to your planning resources along with direct communication through my cell phone and email. From there, we'll guide you every step of the way until your wedding day.
